Even though I have a couple of nice guitars, it seems I am always looking, thinking, dreaming about my next guitar. Recently I came across B&G Guitars and fell in love! Based on the Parlor guitars of some of the early Blues players, an electric guitar was developed that in my opinion sounds wonderful and has a smaller body size, something I appreciate.

The video’s I include here are from GoodMark, which is a guitar retailer up in the Northwest that builds and sells custom amps as well as selling a few guitars. Here is just a taste of the B&G Little Sister.

This is the other video that I tried to include. I like the short song and the tone.

Still can”t get the song to play properly but go to http://www.GoodMarkguitars.com and check out the song “Isn’t That the Way it Goes?”

I’ve looked at their website from time to time. Their designs remind me a lot of the Gibson Blueshawk that I used to have. Much nicer finish and hardware than the Blueshawk but the body design is very similar

The Blueshawks look nice, I would like one of those for sure. What I really want is a Gibson ES-335 or one of their other very fine hollow-body models (and/or an Epiphone Sheraton with a trapeze tailpiece [and/or a Gibson Firebird]), but it’s going to be a while until I have the money.

Do you already have a Gibson or Epiphone hollow-body? Good luck in your quest!

Saw a photo of a cool Fender custom double-neck today, the top was a Strat, the bottom was a Tele. Not this one, because it was a pale seafoam green, but like this. I didn’t get the feeling of “must have” but if I played it, I might.
