Pickups have a nice punch to them. Good tone. Guitar is a jem of a color.

The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete

It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

The fullness of them pickups really caught my ears.

Hi John, well played! This is a nice guitar with an official Sound. The looks really great.

Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

                          Hi John: (Re Learning EP156)

This was very interesting for me. I looks like, going slow, you are actually learning the song (remembering the notes–memorizing), as well as learning to play it, while going slow and reading the music (or tabs, or whatever). This says to me you are an experienced musician. I could never read music very well when I took a few month’s lessons as a kid. For me play any song by Brian, I is much easier for me to follow the teaching video where he actually plays the notes on the screen and shows you how to do it.

I also noticed that you are using a pick here. Was this intentional? Usually you play fingerstyle on everything I’ve seen. Do you ever use the pick when you are playing for real?

It was very instructive for me to see how you learn Brian’s songs.

                          Thanks,

                          Larry
