Not being a “technology” person I have only recently picked up one of the iphone type units. I downloaded a free app to it and it is GREAT! For any of you that may be like me and have a tough time remembering those extra fancy chords it is god send. It is called “Chord Bank” and can be downloaded at the I Tunes store. This thing is super as you can scroll to the chord you want and it shows you where to play it all along the neck. I love it! Give it a shot. If it doesn’t work for you it can be deleted.

Any time playing is better than time doing anything else….well, almost anything:).

Cool, thanks for sharing. There are quite a few good guitar apps out there – even guitar tuner apps. I’m considering launching my own before the end of this year.

There are metronomes for smartphones as well. Very handy!
