Anyone who could turn this Rolling Stones classic into a cross-picking version is a true musical genius. Not only is the phrasing and chord sequence very complex, but the timing and arhythmic tempo are beyond the skill level of ordinary mortals.
Why is Molly bald? She suffers from an inherited disease called “alopecia universalis”, where all hair on the body is lost. She can wear a wig for performances, or just be brave and show it like it is. Big respect for Molly!

Hey Steve,
Thanks for the post!! Been following her for yrs,but never knew of her physical problem! She is a very talented player and singer!!
Yeah. She and Billy Strings are two young incredibly skilled flat pickers.
Molly is incredible. Absolutely amazing picker, singer and song writer.
I just got back from the Father’s Day Bluegrass Festival in Grass Valley, which is the subject of one of her recent songs. Gotta admit I get a little choked up every time I hear it.
I’m envious!
