I want to copy and paste the link on the forum here, but using the Android phone and the clipboard it takes me to the first link. The link I’m interested in is like six links down but I’ve tried everything possible to copy that link on the clipboard but it takes me back to the first link of the original thread.

It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

Hi Pete,
To copy and paste on Android phone (according to my Samsung Galaxy):Touch once on the URL address to highlight it. Then press and hold to get the COPY option. Copy, go to the destination, press and hold (on area where you want to paste it) to get the PASTE option, paste.

Wow!
Thanks. I hope l can figure that one out.
I don’t have a computer anymore so I got to figure out how to use this Android phone.
I do have a question for you.can you record music on the Android phone and just upload it to somewhere and then post it on the form.
If so I have no idea how to do it.The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete

Pete,
Yes, you can definitely record with an Android phone. There are many ways to approach it from very simple to very complex. The simplest way would be to use a Voice Recorder app on your phone or to record a video with your phone camera. You could then share/upload the audio track or the video to a cloud service such as Soundcloud or YouTube and share the link on the Forum. The audio will not be of the best quality but it does the job and many people here are doing just that.
You could also try to improve the audio quality somewhat by connecting an external mic that connects to your phone. There are some choices out there, including a device with phantom power that allows you to connect even 2 condenser mics and/or a guitar cable (see the picture). The guitar signal is raw coming through this so you would also need some kind of signal modeller as well (maybe an app?).
I have had an Android phone for many years until it became nonfunctional. It couldn’t handle too many tasks at once, had very little memory and super short battery life. I wouldn’t have tried to record anything more than a simple audio or video on it. Not sure what you have, the new ones may be better. I recently switched to an iPhone and never looked back.
Ok, hope this helps, Pete 🙂

I think I figured out how to copy and paste now.
But can I remember how I did it. It was sure luck. Can you take a look at one of my recent posts for a new member where I welcome them and if you have any suggestions how I can improve it I’d appreciate it.
