Some/many of Brian’s song lessons incorporate what he calls “chord shapes”, or playing the changes I think. I think its would be super helpful if there were an addition to the Blues Course, or a separate course, showing how this works for each of the 5 main scale shapes (CAGED) and A and E minor, with maybe 2 or 3 common licks in each shape. Extra helpful would be an explanation of how you would approach sus and extended chords. Christmas wish list maybe? Just a thought…
Hey Klick, all that has been done in earlier lessons. The question is, where is that information within the lessons? Maybe it’s just a matter of indexing them in the Lesson Categories list. Alternatively, you could start off with lesson EP001 (if there is such a thing) and just learn every single lesson. Sooner or later you would encounter those elusive lessons.

EP273 and EP275 are a good place to get started.
Microlesson 056 is a blues using the chord shapes for licks
and mkving around the neck.
