very relaxing play. You have the ideal Fingernails for picking.

Ouch! Toni plays with 13-ner strings. Okay, I think he does not use bending. After a minute, my hand would be broken. Toni definitely describes the premier class on the guitar.

Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Your video played fine for me John, always enjoy watching you play. You’ve got that laid back finger style pretty much mastered.

haha Rob, I have to be honest, I am still working on this little finger style.. I got it plucking much better now than the day started two days yesterday Saturday was a no practice day as I was away from my guitars,, the truth is I have fun trying and as the ole say goes ( jack of all trades ,master of none) surely applies to my general skill level.. lol.. but happy and honored to be among friends here on AM.. enjoying the ride!

Wilfried, I cringe the thought of even coming close to picking like Tony Rice! lol.. too much homework ,, watching anf trying,I feel like kindergartener in highschool! just like Jerry Reeds ” Breakdown” just too difficult skill level yet.. truth is, even though, endeavors approach is what it is now (beginner) lol.. as with many other amazing difficult skilled level guitarists.. also as what Brian always shares and teaches, if there is anything to “take away” from any lessons.. I like the idea, trying difficult stuff, but won’t let it frustrate me,, it has to be fun or I out it away for another day.. baby step approach is best not to fall. Enjoy! going to practice a lot of AM lessons now!

John, the Knopfler bug is working for you….nice finger style. I don’t know how you read and play at the same time. I have to memorize it before I can play any written pieces. You have that gift….

Nice, John. Was that standard tuning or something different? Excellent fingerstyle playing.
