Yep, I use a similar app on my phone. These are all but essential tools for learning songs and techniques used by the guitarists we aspire to.

The VLC player will do the same thing with mp3 and video, if you have that app
I wrote a “How-to” on setting it up to change your speed in 1% increments

Or, for Mac users, Anytune is the best app I’ve found.

Good sound quality for the slower speeds. I hope that the developer will continue so the rhythm and bass can be brought out clearly.
Riff Station does a fair job of allowing you accentuate the background music but its still not as good a Transkriber was. Unfortunately the maker of Transkriber didn’t update it to work with Windows 8 and 10 or the later releases of Mac software

Garage Band will manage that also.
