        Hello,
here a small Video about a Nuremberg delicacy – the famous Bratwurst (fried Sausage). Sorry, the only reference to music is the Background Song “Ramblin Boy in a Version of the legendary local Blues Singer Martin Philippi, who already had died in 1983 at the Age of 33 years. (More about shortly) Look and hear and be relaxed.

          Mmmm… bratwurst…

That’s pretty much a Wisconsin staple. Johnsonville Brats are pretty much the king around here and are gaining national notariety. Milwaukee has several large companies that specialize in bratwurst, including Klements and Uzingers.

We have many local butcher shops that make their own. One local shop offers like 2 dozen varieties. Their bacon and cheddar brats are to die for.

In light of this topic, I sure picked a hell of a time to go on a diet!

Cincinnati had a large German population in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s which resulted in several breweries and meat packing plants producing Brats, Metts, and other German sausages
