        Hey everyone,
Thought you may be interested in the new Made In Japan Fender guitars.
From their web site info as follows:

Fender’s Made-in-Japan instruments have always offered the highest quality with unique treatments that can’t be found anywhere else. But they’ve only been available in Japan – until now. We hand-selected a few of our favorites, and we’re making them available in limited quantities.

I was waiting for something like this to happen, Fender took over the Japanese plant in 2015. If these are anywhere as good as the Japanese made Fenders in the early 80’s.
I wait to read the reviews and the internet is flooded with the hard facts.

Thanks Tim. You are always on top of things. That 50’s Strat looks interesting with the stripe and maple neck. I wonder if it has the fatter neck like other 50’s do. My 1990 MIJ Strat is my go to guitar. Bought it new back then for about $500. It is a 60’s reissue and the neck is a bit narrower. They didn’t mention the Japanese guitars when I did the Corona tour last month but there are some new awesome looking American additions coming that we couldn’t photograph.

                  Mike,
I’m digging the Paisley Jazzmaster. Look forward to seeing the new American additions.

I’d like to have one of the new Offset Teles. I’m surprised, the prices are very reasonable considering the build quality is probably top notch.
