Just found Active Melody – Wow do I love Brian’s style – Can’t wait to dig in !!! Thanks !
Hang in there because Brian just gets better and better … and so will you!
Great lesson, I’ve been playing cowboy chords for along time. An in the first few seconds I learned something new and cool, next practice I’ll be using it. I play 12 string guitar a lot , I always go to the wreck of the Edmond Fitzgerald or horse with no name or some bad company. Anyway, I play it like I would a 6 string. Is there anything I’m missing, would you play 12 any different than a 6?
Same on a 12 string
Seems like, when you talk, I am understanding what you are saying….more often…gettin kinda scary✌️🎸🚴♀️🏍🪂🍀

Another fun tune. Looking forward to my next barn dance.
BTW, why no Guitar Pro File? A lot of other teachers offer them.
Hey David, I put the soundslice option up instead of guitar pro – I learned years ago not to give the Guitar pro master tab files away because I was finding the titles edited and other people using them.
Loved this lesson its kinda the way i play anyway and you enhanced it thanks Stan
I think you’d like that F chord because it’s a C mixolydian progression. Nice instinctive touch!
Some Billy Strings style solos ?

Also hearing intro to ‘I’m Looking Through You’ with G and D triads. Nice to understand why it works vs where do I put my fingers. Thanks, Brian.

Love the notes about acoustic leads, double stops and using chord rhythms. Thanks as usual!
You have certainly come a long way from ” Shape A and Shape B” from the early days.

Brian tanks I restarted the iPad which I am currently using, and the problem was solved. As you correctly predicted.
