Demo vid’s by Gregor Hilden. If you do a search, I’ve posted many videos of Gregg over the years. He’s one of those players that could stretch baling wire on a 2×4 and make it sound good.

The Washburn Idol in these videos is only $400 new and as you will hear, good alternative to some of the other Les Paul copies out there. Very nice looking and sounding guitar to come off of the shelf.

I have a Washburn 335 copy that the quality is exceptional. I have no doubt that this model of the Idol would be as well

Here are some links to Washburn’s site for the Idol. The Custom Shop model…. well, its a bit expensive. Bryce could probably find enough in his couch for it but the rest of us will just have to look & wish

Hey Keith, I can’t hear the audio on the videos over the sound of me wading through all the cash I have laying around my apartment. 😉

sounds good but i would like to have heard it without the effects..pretty lookin too, I just gave away a D11 acoustic to a kid who lives up the street. the lump of wood he was trying to play was tearing his fingers to shreds….

Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

                    Hey Billy

Below, I’ve pasted the caption that Greg had with the first video. The early part of the first video was straight into his Fender Vibroverb. I think that Greg and Shane of In The Blues are by far the best reviewers on You Tube. Both guys try to show the full spectrum of the products capability
