I just tried to respond to a PM from one of our members, and a window appeared saying that was a prohibited activity. I tried a couple of ways to respond (reply via my email notification, go to My Accounts and try again) and nothing worked, so I gave up. I’ll try again later.

Malcolm, I just tried and it is working for me. Usually it’s a matter of clearing your browser’s cache. If that doesn’t help try telling us if it happens on all the lessons or if it’s just 1 particular lesson. And tell us which browser you’re using (and make sure it’s up to date).

Hi Joe I’m on safari and it says I’ll lose everything if I try and empty the cache. The other thing I didn’t tell you was that the settings icon on soundslice has disappeared altogether. Appreciate your help.

It’s OK to empty your cache. Everyone does it once in a while. It will remove cookies and stuff so you may be prompted for things you weren’t before but it is safe.
