Here is a cover of a Merle Haggard classic. Not much guitar playing though. I have always been confident in my guitar playing but have never been able to get over the hurdle of trying to sing and it has held me back and limited my opportunities to play in many gig situations. I have been devoted a lot of time into forcing myself to learn how to do it and it is a slow process to get to sounding decent but I hope it pays off in the long run
Well done Barry! I also find it extremely difficult to play and sing. But you pulled it off well. Your voice was well suited to this song too. Well done!

Thanks Barry, Merle is one of my favourite country singers. Well done.

Sounds great.
Nice cover, Barry! One of my favorite Merle songs for sure. Really nice singing and I thought your rhythm playing was really solid. No reason you couldn’t bust that out at a jam or in a band situation.
Nice song from Merle.
I agree with Richard you would fit perfectly in a jam or gig situation.
Keep it up.
