Learn to play blues guitar.
Home › Forums › Discuss Your Gear › Setup for lessons Katana or Spark
Hi,
I will be signing up for premium, and getting back into playing guitar !
I am wondering what is the best setup for watching the lessons, playing the backtrack and reading the tabs ?
I have a Katana mkII on PC and Android, and a Positive Spark on Android. I have a PC, but use my phone for Spark.
Wondering how you run through lesson with your gear ?
Cheers
Hi Jim,
This is probably not helpful but I play the backing track through my studio monitors when learning or headphones when recording. My best learning move was getting two computer monitors, one for Soundslice and the second for the teaching or slow playthrough video.

Thanks charjo !
After signing up, the Soundslice shows up, which I have never used before !
I agree 2 monitors is great. I ended up plugging my Spark into my PC, setting audio out on PC to the spark, then using headphones plugged into Spark. Like you suggested Soundslice on one monitor and video on the other. Soundshed works great for Spark tones on PC too.
