Once again a masterful Fingerpicking. It is very nice to listen to you.
I enjoy it again and again.
            Well done.

Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Well done on that Harley Benton of yours, Lights! Your finger picking is excellent and I dig the guitar sound.

Very nice selection and playing, Lights. I really liked those percussive hits on “Only Words”. Nearly didn’t watch this based on the title of your post, though.

They get tears in heaven when listening to your pickin’, Lights…

Very, very well done, great variety of tunes also.

                  Regards,

That was great. Not easy to learn to play in that particular style but you are really getting good at it. I can’t wait for the next post.

Hey Lights, I really want to listen to this, but when I click Play, I hear 3 notes, then it freezes. Are you in Europe? Sometimes that happens when I try to listen to things recorded by AM members from European countries. I try going straight to Youtube, but the same thing happens. I’m on fiber optic broadband (super fast) here in New Zealand, so I don’t think the problem is on my end. I’ll try later and maybe it will work.

Well, I found the secret on what I have to do to listen to your video (and certain other European videos): Go into the Youtube Settings (the little gear wheel) and set it for lowest quality, which is 144p. That’s amazing, since I can watch other videos from all over the world at HD (720p). So I figure it’s the Youtube server in Europe that can’t handle the demand. Either that or Russian hackers.

Anyway, the playing was excellent. Everything blended together nicely. I’ve been working on Stairway to Heaven off and on for a while, but I can’t decide what to do with the last part of the song, where it gets quite hard rock.
