Hi AM’s friends
This month I wanted to take a break and skip the challenge because I didn’t really mind that much. Friday a little idea for a blues came out, it all lasted very little so I added some arpeggios. Execution is a bit difficult but I am satisfied.
Thanks for listening.Livio

What an idea Livio. Definitely one to capture. After listening a couple of times I found the directions and note choices you pursued to be expressive in a unique way and compelling. So I grabbed a guitar to explore it with you:-) Very nice. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Tom

Thought and done, Livio. And you seem to have the ability and skill to implement it so well in a short time. I‘m glad you made it. For me it was fun to listen to your bluesy arpeggios.
Take the chance to meet your AM friends on Zoom

Perfect, Livio!
I really like this kind of solo bluesy playing and have been trying to do something like that myself. I usually get stuck after the I chord so I admired how smoothly you targeted all the right notes. I also really liked the fact that they were all in one spot on the fretboard, what a great chord changes study!🎸JoLa

Hi livio , glad you made it and was inspired to play a well thought out blues composition, you have an excellent ear for landing on those chord tones , I like the way you defined things with the bass notes in the first few bars .

Outlined the chords to produce a very nice melody. Good one and wearing the T-shirt as a badge of honour.

Very good, Livio. I think implementing an idea at short notice is never a bad thing. I liked your composition.
To your question:
I don’t think guitarists have to assert themselves. Such questions do not arise for me. Everyone plays in their own way and mood; and that’s just as well. Maybe it’s more about recognition. Then you developed your own style.Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Nice inspired blues, glad you didn’t skip this challenge or we wouldn’t get to hear this. I like the accentuated arpeggio and occasional strum in there. Nice submission.

Ciao Livio. I am glad you did submit your bluesy arpeggios, that was fun to listen to. Thanks for sharing.
(P.S. I felt the same way about joining this challenge and made the decision to join only on Saturday morning. But I have to say, I am also glad I did join. I just read the nice and encouraging comments of our AM-friends (you among them) and this motivated me immensely to stay tuned. So: see you next month! 😊👋🏽Bluesige Grüße
