Yes that was my son playing with a friend at home. I have a little corner in the living room for the guitar so we have to share the space but they seem to enjoy it 🙂

The cartoonish effect comes with iMovie in the mac.

Yes, I almost always use compression. This is the setup:

– Yamaha Pacifica 112
– Boss Compressor CS-2
– Boss Blues Driver BD-2
– TC Electronic Flashback 2
– Mooer Radar Matchbox + Mooer 900 micropreamp

Recorded on Reaper64 (small room delay added), video edited on iMovie.

You did some beautiful things in there, I don’t even know how, like the bend at 0:29 and then that quick slide and back at 0:35 and a gorgeous bend by the end, wow!
