Hi,
Are there more people experiencing problems when playing the tabs on an Android device?
When I play the tabs there is no sound and sometimes it freezes. I have this on my Android tablet and Android phone.
Hi Nick, no, I don’t have problems with SoundSlice audio on my Android devices. Something is amiss as you’re experiencing problems on ‘all’ your devices!
This might sound a wee bit simple but have you ensured the audio slider is turned up on the actual SoundSlice page. (eg: Foot of page Speaker graphic)

Hi Nick,
Try clearing your cache and rebooting. I had the same problem on my android phone and it worked fine after I cleared my cache and did a reboot.

Do I have to clear the cache of a certain app?
I made sure the volume slider is al the way up. No problems there.

When you bring up the lesson, clear the cache on that page . Then reboot.
When you bring the lesson back up, it should work fine.

When you open up the attached file, you will see a box with a number in it, at the top upper right side.
Tap that box and it will open up all of your cached tabs. Delete all of those open tabs. Then reboot…
