As a beginner learning the guitar i would just like to give Brian a big thumbs up for the micro lessons… when I joined just over six months ago I think I took on more then I could handel with the full lessonss… and yes I sat here frustrated, Sad , and feelings of failure overcome me.. so thoughts of giving up were a heavy burden on me…. then one last thing did actually save me… the micro lessons what a god send… and now six months later I am getting my first full lesson down. Big thanks to Brian and the micro lessons.
Congrats, always celebrate the successes – the Microlessons saved the day. It is a process, crawl before you walk, walk before you run. The first year can be like climbing a mountain but progress will follow progress and it will pay off. It can be frustrating but also it can be fun to learn. Along with the microlessons, have a look at the vlogs on the Active Melody YouTube channel. There are a lot of motivational videos as well as easier shorter conceptual videos to gain from also. Have attached a list with most of the vlogs that are only available on the YouTube channel which you may like to search out to help along the way.
I’m new to AM this month and am going to have to check out the micro lessons and vlogs. Thanks for the idea!
