When I joined AM, I noticed that there was an option to automatically renew your membership. I don’t like things to automatically roll over so I turned it off. Next month will end my first year and I plan to renew. But I don’t see the option to do this. Any ideas?
Bob
Hey Bob like you I didn’t like renewal in case I croaked or whatever uk hackers etc,, so i opted to what you did,, i just informed Brian but he just said to wait till it expires and re join as any new account..you can still keep your handle and all on current account. This was my experience asking the same you did! enjoy!
John,
Thanks for the info.
Bob
I’d like to see an option to sign up for 5 years, or maybe even 10 years, by just paying the fees up front. That’s how it works for my drivers license: the more I pay, the longer till I have to renew it.

Steve agree ,I’m a longer here.. i just don’t trust banksters credit card fraud etc..lol.. but yeah I enjoy this site,,it is a comfort zone for sure.. cheers!
Hi, So how do I go about turning off auto renewal?
Nick
Hi Nick. I don’t know why anybody would want to cancel their auto renewal to the best guitar site ever 🤪…but you should be able to find it under My Account -> Billing.
