March 2024 Challenge topic in Brian’s own words:

“For this month’s challenge I thought it would be fun / interesting to have you use the CAGED System to create a rhythm or lead using a minimum of 3 chords (in 3 of the CAGED positions). You can use the information from the recent CAGED System mini-series (EP556 – EP560) as a guideline.

The idea is to play a rhythm, lead (or even solo composition) and then be able to articulate which positions you used. You can do this at the end of the video… or even with text on-screen if that’s easier. I think this will be helpful to both you and those watching your video, so that we can learn from each other.

If you are using a jam track, you can use any ActiveMelody jam track, or even create your own.”
