I was happy to learn ML113, because it was already on my wishlist! I added the lead from EP 485, it also includes lots of 3rds, and then a verse of improv. Used the track from EP471 (which I happened to use last week! 😆)

Nice and smooth with a great shuffle feel. I like the call and response you through in with the thirds and then single note runs. Some great ideas in here!

Out of the park, Alan! You killed it. Very controlled and laid back playing–Pro quality.
You fit in basic lesson ML113 perfectly with the backing track. Then your two second half improvs were outstanding, applying Brian’s suggestions.
Kudos. Great playing!

Hi Alan , I’m liking the laid back shuffle feel you’ve given this one , had my foot tapping from the off , cool that you added ideas from other lessons and your own improv to the mix , it all fits together perfectly.

You give this ML a totally new vibe by playing over this rhythm track, Alan. I really like that. Laid back and groovy. And the solo fits the whole mood. You are the master of the laid back groove.

Nicely done Alan. Very smooth, melodic and harmonious. Love your original chops. You have a good ear, eye and mind for something melodic and harmonic.

Nice playing with a nice shuffle feel which was a great embellishment! What a great improv at the end too!

A real piece of art, Alan, it totally blew me away. That must have been a lot of work, ML 113, ML 485 plus your own ideas over yet another backing track. Outstanding!
