Hi everyone and good challenge!
I already practiced a bit the lesson and tried some improvisations with the electric guitar before the EP576 was named as the July Challenge, so I decided to grab my acoustic guitar in order to get a “fresh” first take rendition.
With the acoustic there’s a different approach: especially less bends in general, but I couldn’t help but keep one of the licks I tried on electric, with a big full bend in one of the few spots where I can do it on acoustic (B second string, between 10th and 14th fret less or more)!

My hat is off to you! To be honest soloing on an acoustic is one of the hardest things to do in my opinion and you did it very good allowing the sound of your guitar helping you and letting be fluent.
BTW that’s a beautiful guitar

Cool idea to switch the instrument to keep it fresh. Very enjoyable to listen to those arpeggios on your nice acoustic guitar.

Love the acoustic idea, Guido. I really liked your use of the A minor scale in box 1 around 22 sec. That sounds very nice on acoustic.

Great submission Guido. I’m glad you kept some of your original bits in – the licks and bends sounded excellent. Good idea to go acoustic on this.

This is a completely new flavour you’ve given to this challenge Guido, great submission!

A brave man who does acoustic on this kind of track. You showed it can be done beautifully. I notice you hit a few major 7th-sound runs which really gave this a jazzy voice and a lot of class. All in all a great performance.

Applause all round Guido, you were brave enough not to take the easy option and you then went on to make a cracking job on your acoustic, which sounded just great.

Ciao Guido
Excellent work, the use of acoustics is very well inserted into the harmonic structure which also for the volume adjustment puts the melodic narrative in the foreground played with safety and confidence.Livio

Guido, Refreshing to hear the acoustic touch. Glad you kept those B string bends to add to the whole flavour of your arrangement of notes that covered all over the fretboard.
