Due to fiscal circumstances if I have to unsubscribe, do I lose all the lessons since I signed up to Active Melody. As I have paid a subscription are they mine to own and access or do I lose the lot and can only access the videos on Youtube?

Hi Peter,
You could download tabs and backing tracks before you unsubscribe and will still be able to get the part one video online. Still, you will have almost complete access to the microlessons if you download assets from your favourite ones and view the video on YouTube. Pretty good deal you couldn’t get at most sites. That might keep you busy until you can join again.

As a longtime member, I’ve downloaded around 300 lesson tabs and backing tracks. I even print out the lesson tabs and keep them in a 3-ring notebook in case Elon Musk manages to shut down the internet. That way I’ll have them until I die of old age.

Maybe we could consider setting up a charitable foundation to help people get through hard times?
I would certainly chip in, having been there myself.
I’m not an accountant or lawyer so have zero idea on what it would take.

I save everything I download, sheet music, tab, backing tracks etc. etc. You can do that and have plenty to work on until you can resubscribe. One work around would be the Youtube Shorts that provide video and tab. So no, you really don’t lose anything. Maybe some access but you have other options. There is plenty on line to glean.
