Hey folks,
Here’s another banging album track by Oasis.
This one was actually written by their guitarist Gem Archer.
As far as I’m aware it’s the only song written by another band member that’s not one of the Gallaghers to make it onto an album.
I’ve always loved this song and have wanted to cover it for years so I’ve got the Moises app to thank for allowing me to do it now.
Hope you enjoy it and thanks for listening.
Liam.

Hi there Liam, that is a cracking good song and I LOVE the big sound you get with that Les Paul of yours. Such a nice guitar that is 😎.
By the way, I am impressed with the look of your video presentations. I may have asked you before but what software do you use for that? (I use Da Vinci Resolve and i am still learning how to use it 😵)

Thanks Geoff.
Yeah I use Davinci resolve also.
You should take a look at some YouTube videos on lighting and camera stands etc it will really help with how the videos look in the end.

Thanks Liam. In some ways I am limited by my space – one thing I do constantly is play around with camera angles just to keep things interesting.

Cool, rocking tune Liam. Nice job putting it all together as usual! Moises appears to do a good job at separating the instruments and vocals.

Wow Liam, you beautifully layered that massive wall of sound with your guitars and bass. Brilliantly played both the rhythm and lead parts!

Super cool! I love seeing all the instruments and parts. You are inspiring me to learn to play a little bass guitar too. Oasis had some cool songs, for sure. Tell us about some of those guitars and how you do the recordings.
It's all about the journey, not the destination.

Cheers Dave.
You should definitely pick up some bass.
I find it really helps with my overall playing and dexterity.Nothing really clever about the recordings I’d say and the guitars I have are all under £1000 in value…

Well played and recorded Liam. You seem to have Oasis in your DNA, and I can tell you were having fun playing all those parts. It’s great to hear someone playing bass. 75% of the time I spent playing in bands I played bass. People still ask me to play bass for them, but I’m more interested in guitar now, and I never want to carry a Bassman 100 again!
I hope the brothers can get along and have a great tour, and hopefully some new stuff.

Thanks Ralph.
Yeah they are one of a few bands and artists that I consume almost daily so I know their stuff inside out. I also find their songs pretty easy and fun to play.
I do enjoy playing bass and I think it would help anyone with their overall musicianship – maybe we will hear a showcase of yours with your old 4 string on it? 😉
We have tickets to see the brothers in the summer and it is a running joke that they will fall out again before they even set foot on stage together – I really hope not!

Haha cheers Andre.
I’ve got the iPhone app as I found the desktop one to be all but useless as you can’t seem to access songs to it.
You’ll also need to own or have paid for any of the music you upload to it for copyright etc.
If you have an Apple Music subscription or Spotify you should be golden.
It’s fairly straightforward to use once you get the song on there. It will break it down into separate tracks that you can then mute accordingly and export so you can play those parts over what’s left.
Hope that helps!
