Hi everyone,

This was great fun to cover I love the energy and attitude.

They caught a lot of heat in their day for not being able to play and if you listen to some of their early live performances, they are pretty shambolic.

That being said they still got it done and are still to this day a huge influence and are probably the most important British punk band there has ever been.

Oh and they only needed one album to do it.

Turn it up loud if you can and rock out for a few minutes 👊🎸

Although punk is not my favourite genre and despite John Lydon’s “I hate Pink Floyd” t-shirt (being PF my favourite British band) I always loved Sex Pistols, although they were a very short season band! In some way they amused me a lot with their irreverence in songs like “God Save the Queen” or this “Holidays in the sun” that you covered brilliantly, Liam!
Really an energetic and rocking rendition, very tight and well played!
