Hi AM friends!
I’m posting for accountability and also because I was motivated by and wanted to celebrate with you and JoLa her 100th submission! so inspiring!
I chose EP628 which is in the key of D and prepared this submission yesterday in 20 minutes, while it was recorded today in 10 minutes… lately this is what I can do, but being in this community really inspires me to come back to my guitar to share these challenge weekends with you 🙂If I wasn't making mistakes I wouldn't be the kind of player I want to be. Perfection is dangerous.
It's all about taking risks, sometimes you get to some place, sometimes you get to a different place. (Brian May) -

Hi Serena, this is excellent for such little time to prepare! We’re so glad you’re here and part of our community. You playing improves every month, and this submission proves that your knowledge and skill on the guitar are growing. Very melodic and enjoyable lead on this one.

Very nice. Playing the way you did with such little practice time is quite impressive. Well done!

Such a great melody. You played it very well Serena.
Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.

Damn took you 20 minutes, I worked on it for weeks.
Looks like you are the talented one.
Well done.AndréM

That was incredible Serena…it would have taken me weeks to learn that. Glad you managed to find the time to participate.

Those melodic double-stops always do it for me Serena. 30 mins from start to finish, I’m humbled.

One of the truly wonderful things about being part of this AM community, Serena, is seeing, hearing, and encouraging the progress we are all making! This performance, completed in such a short time, is brilliant 👏👏
Do you remember how you were and how you felt when you first began submitting your playing? It’s worth sometimes reflecting on this and giving yourself a huge pat on the back – we all know it’s not easy and takes a lot of work. – Mark 👍🎶😎
