Two for two so far this year—hoping to keep that streak going!

This month’s piece is based on Brian’s “Play an Entire Blues Lead in One Position of the Fretboard” (E shape from CAGED – Guitar Lesson EP621).

Thanks again to everyone who took the time to comment on last month’s submission—I really appreciate the feedback, even if I don’t always get the chance to reply.

I had to go mobile for this one as I was away from home. Logic on the iPad came to the rescue!

Looking forward to seeing and hearing everyone’s submissions this month.

        Until next time—have a great St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️

I can hear how much you’re improving Dermot. You played some nice licks with a call and response. Well done.

Hey, Dermot. That’s cool. Impressive that you improvised you own piece! Sounds great, with clean notes and nice bends.

Well done. Your phrasing is entering a new dimension. Real smooth and timely.

That lesson has won the popularity contest, for sure! This is a great recording and a valid attempt at the lesson and a good improvisation, well done, Dermot! 🍀

I see the improvement too. Keep going Dermot.

Go slow and practice correct technique, and your abilities will dramatically improve.
