Dear AMers – Helen recently submitted an impressive rendition of this lesson: EP505

It’s a lesson I’d missed, but Helen’s performance made me want to check it out – it has a great key-change in the middle, which is something I’d like to work into my own compositions.

I’ve included an attempt at some improvisation 🤓. It’s been over 7 months since I last posted anything in the Showcase section 😲 – how time flies!

As always, I hope you enjoy it – Mark 👍🎶😎

Awesome playing Mark! You really nailed this lesson. Timing, bends, slides were all beautiful. Really, well done!

Very nice, Mark. That’s a cool uptempo track and your timing and delivery is right in the pocket. The additions fit in perfectly. 👏🎶👍

              Brilliant performance Mark ! 👌🙌🙌.

You may have been away for a while but your playing hasn’t suffered at all. It’s been a while since I did this one but I remember it being one of Brian’s tougher lessons to play well. Liked the way you played those rhythm sections and the improv was great 👍. Throwing in those major third progressions was a nice touch 😄.

Seems like you managed to dial in the same tone as Brian got on this one too 😎

Nice playing Mark! Your part second part is just golden, even better than the original. Love that guitar and tone you got with it.

Great to have you back on the Showcase Forum Mark. Great rendition and a super impro to go with it. I think a lot of members will be putting this on their ‘To Do’ list. Thanks for the inspiration. All the best! 😎🎸😎

Welcome back to the showcase forum Mark! It was worth to wait because you showed up with a brillant rendition of this uptempo dorian groove, played spotlessly at full speed. Liked very much both the original Brian’s part rendition and your brilliant improvisation: they flaw seamlessly like a one cohesive piece. Great job!

I wanted to say : “They flow” and not they flaw 😅!
