Hi guys, this is my attempt on ep481 (don’t know why Brian isn’t in the charts with his great compositions…). Hope you’ll like it.
cheers,

This must be a very popular lesson because there are three very recent postings of this one. You played this very well indeed.

Great playing, Ron. I’ve got the Vibrolux in the 68 reissue series. A friend bought the Princeton and it sounds great. How useful do you find the attenuator in conjunction with that amp?

Very well played and with much feel👍🎸.
I love the tone and “double” effects!
I can’t get enough of that song and like you I think, it could be a Soul guitar Charts song🙂.

Thanks Denise, yes he does have great tunes… this was also not that difficult to master, although there are a few tricky slides in there.. All in all a very nice lesson to learn!

Hi John, I bought the princeton because i thought it wouldnt be that loud, but for usage at home it is still too loud, so i bought the weber. I find it a very useful device as it can bring the amp on the edge of breaking out (4,5 with neck p90 on 7) without getting too loud and also it doesn’t change the sound of the amp. I think it sounded pretty good with the stock casino 🙂

Hey Ron, That sounds great! You played that with feel and the Casino and the Princeton put out a beautiful tone.

Ron awesome playing.
I listened to this one only once, think i will have to listen to it more.
Has a Harrison\Clapton vibe.
Well done.AndréM

Hi André, thanks for the compliment…!
I like them both, especially George Harrison created wonderful solo’s… but most of the blues licks i know are indeed from Eric Clapton.

Yes, well played Ron. Nailed it technically and musically. A very popular lesson at the moment and for very good reason. Keep on pickin’ and all the best! 🥸🎸🥸
