        Hi AM members,
EP303 is a very popular tune on this forum. The EP303 backtrack is a great platform for standard blues licks, too. I played it up tempo (115 bpm instead of the original 99 bpm), to bring even more vitamins to the tune! 4 new verses were added; the 5th verse is widely inspired by the lead guitar part of Bill Doggett’s Honky Tonk tune.
Tonight, in France, and probably in other european countries, we celebrate the “Fete de la Musique”: there will be bands of all kinds of music in most cities throughout the country…

That is one skillful masterpiece, Phil. Thanks for reminding me what a great lesson EP 303 is. Just when I think I’ve seen most of the variations, Brian always comes up with something new. This time it sounds like Brian could learn a few from you.

Just beautiful Phil, you went into that with real gusto right from the start and demonstrated some fabulous melodic runs. Thanks ……

Way to go Phil! You demonstrated some real talent playing that with all the improve added. I hear those things(where to go with a lead) in my head but it’s another thing to actually do it and have it sound good. Well done!
