          I did and I am fighting the addiction of diet sodas .. Food town diet cola is as bad as a cocaine. I have always been large. Not fat but large.. worked out..
          heavy weights.. Benched 415 leg over 600.. 6′ 4″ 300 pounder I was a horse Thought was in great shape… Can’t do much about the pd but I can the diet. I have lost 60 pounds and my sugar is now a
