Good Morning! This jam is in the style of ‘Blue Sky’ by the Allman Brothers. It utilizes the 1 and 4 chords (G and C) throughout. I tried to not rip off Dickie Betts too much and keep it somewhat original. I have had this jam and guitar melodies imbedded in my pscyhe since I was eleven years old so it came pretty naturally. I am play mostly the G major pentatonic scale licks up and down the neck. I am playing my Gibson Les Paul (PUPS in neck position) through my Boss Katana with a little OD and delay dialed in. I am pleased with the outcome. Hope you are as well.

Loved it, John. I think we have very similar taste. You need to come up to Toronto for about a week, we could add a little harmony to that jam.

I am taking that as an invite. Don’t be surprised when I show up at your doorstep. 😎

Sounds awesome John. I like the way you built up the scale on some of those runs…playing diagonally up the fretboard. Nice LP tone on this.

Nice one, John. Love that Allman feel.

                  That is a great tune.
I could hear the harmonies in my head.
                  Awesome playing bro.
