Im hoping someone can tell me why i have no video beyond free lesson as a premium member. ive explored settings to no avail and this video problem just started a month ago. AGRAVATING

Just double check you are logged in. I know my account logs out after a certain time period.

Premium videos are hosted by vimeo, so could be your settings or browser you are using. Are you on PC or Mac?.

We need more information: What platform– PC? Phone? What browser are you using?
If you’re on a PC, the most obvious first step would be to try a different browser. If that works, check your plugins on your main browser– one of them might be interfering.
If you’re using Firefox, there’s a switch you have to disable in about:config to get the Vimeo videos to work.
