These street buskers are super talented. I came across this guy on youtube so thought I would share it. If you can draw a crowd in the street and not let the noise distract you then you’re ahead of the game. The first video is thrill is gone and the second is All along the watchtower – this guy knows how to use a looper and he can play his acoustic like his electric. Hope you enjoy.

The guy has talent for sure. What is interesting to me is the amount of gear he has. That is the most I have ever seen with a busker. I would think you would want to keep it to a minimum because you want to load everything in one trip or risk it getting stolen. Good stuff though!

Bryce,
You’re right – he does have a lot of gear and I think uses a dolly to move his gear around. Also, must have a battery powered mic and amp – must use a lot of batteries..
Roberto,
Agree, he has a really good voice too.Tim

Tristan Mackay isn’t a busker, he has a couple of albums to his name..”Out along the wire” is one of them, cant for the life of me remember the name of the other…
It seems to be the thing for recording artists here in the U.K. to do street stuff from time to time..

Thanks Billy. When I saw him I knew he was good. Glad to see that he was able to take his music off the street and into the studio.

Billy, that’s actually a relief that someone with those abilities can get a steady gig behind them.
Bryce, probably an infrequent or one-time thing with all that stuff, for filming?

There has been quite a tradition of well known artists busking on the U.K’s streets..
This one is from the 70’s, no need to introduce this here fella
and something a bit more modern, this guy goes by the name of “Passenger”
