I listened to Full House a lot when it first came out as well other albums by The J Geils Band but of all of their songs, this one comes to mind most of all

        Enjoy LOL

Ha! Full House was a sore spot with me, I’ll explain why. When I was in my early 20’s I had a roommate who had his Wednesdays and Thursdays off; of course for me those were regular working days.
He loved to drink beer and listen to J Geils, and especially – you guessed it, Full House! We also had friends who all still lived with their parents, so we were the Go-to, party house. So I’m trying to sleep while Full House is playing, with a full house of partiers. God I hated that album!!!

I seen them around my high school days at William Paterson College .with bunch of friends talked me into tickets were 10 or 13 dollars! Agree with Jeff, was never big fan but some thought they were great! I was always waiting for the big progressive rock bands to tour,, anyway RIP J.GEILS

                  Had to, Jeff!

I got to know them second-hand too, but my experiences were a lot less strained, the lake, the woods, the high school parking lot, parties. Their Full House and Bloodshot were such memorable albums that I got to know them pretty well hearing them that way. The only J. Geils record I owned, Ladies Only, wasn’t nearly as good—I didn’t listen enough to remember it, and it’s gone now, traded away. Going back to listen to Full House yesterday brought out a lot of good memories.

I’ll be posting some J. Geils-related songs in Our Blues Roots in a little while.
