Hi everyone,
I would like to extend one of Brian’s backing tracks to make it longer. Is there a way to loop it somehow?
Thanks,

if you have a DAW, then yes, you could. You need to find the tempo and line it up on the bar count. Then it is just a matter of copying a section and pasting to when it meets the end of the previous bar. You will know you have it right if it sounds correct..
Don't practice till you get it right, practice till you can't get it wrong.

Music-AMG,
Ok, great. I have access to an old Pro Tools/M-Audio DAW that hasn’t been used much so I’ll try it and see if it works.
Thanks so much,

Or you can go really old school and use the repeat function on your playback device.

If you have an iPad or other tablet, there are some very inexpensive apps that will do it more easily than Pro Tools. Someone recently mentioned Riffstation ($40) which runs on almost any platform, I believe. I use Anytune ($15) which I think only runs on Apple stuff. Using Anytune, I have looped at least half of Brian’s jamtracks so I can just keep playing without having to re=start the track. The loops are all saved, of course, so next time you open Anytune, you just scroll down your list of jamtracks, choose one, and start playing. The jamtrack is too fast? No problem, just click on the tempo button and slow it down to 90% or whatever.

Sunjamr Steve,
What you are doing with Anytune is exactly what I would like to do but I have a PC with Windows and not Apple so will have to check out Riffstation perhaps. If it’s easier than using Pro Tools I’m all for it.
I want to loop Brian’s jam tracks as I get ideas while jamming to the tracks and before I know it the track is over and it gets a little frustrating.
Anyway, thanks so much for replying and I’m going to take a look at Riffstation.

And even cheaper than that is the VLC media player https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwjKvfyd5ODNAhXrLcAKHa_TB_8QFggeMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.videolan.org%2Fvlc%2Findex.html&usg=AFQjCNGBhuuzYHOSa3E8AKS6WdxI_OOjYQ It’s got a repeat function & a speed control, it’s very versatile!.
I Started out With Nothing & I've Still got most of it left. (Seasick Steve)

Just use the “loop” function on which ever player you use.
