It has been quite a while since I have participated in an AM challenge. Glad to participate and look forward to your posts!
I chose ” Years from heaven ‘ E.Clapton as it is a beautiful song and had many chord changes, which are a challenge to me..Thank you for listening 🎧Don Patton jr

That is a lot of chord changes! Great work on the right hand. Nicely played. Interesting effects, what are you using there, Don?

Hi John,
I am using an acoustic pedal board that I made. The primary pedal effect being the strymon cloudburst pedal.
You can get some amazing sounds from it as you turn it on , such as stringed symphony etc…i highly recommend it !
Thank you for commenting and asking John !Don P

That looks like a difficult song to play with all those chord changes. But I thought it sounded very good Don! I really liked when you played the melody on a single string. That ambience and chorus tone you used was awesome.

Nice arrangement, Don. Your new pedal board added some cool effects to the piece.

Hi Don, this is coming together nicely. You’ve got the song down and all those changes will smooth out with practice. So nicely picked, and cool effects to add to the interest.

That looks like a difficult piece to play with all the chord changes involved and keeping the rhythm going, not to mention playing it fingerstyle. Well-done! Quite a challenge taking on this Clapton classic.
