Here’s a neat slow rhythm piece in A that provides the listener some ‘breathing room,’ and space to digest what is going on. This arrangement is a good reason why I enjoy playing rhythm so much. What spices this arrangement up is the diminished sound and two really neat turn arounds. Hope you like!!

John man, You sent me in a smokey lounge sipping on a Southern Comfort and smoking a big fat cigar LOL.
That was awesome bro.
Love it.

Yes for chords…and diminished chords! And space between the chords. Love your slow Blues in A. I like these tasty slides.
I wish, Brian would do more lessons in that style.
John, could you let me know from where you have this arrangement and the backing track?
Sounding great.More Blues!

Great choice of music , John – we don’t often hear much of this style of blues, sadly. The turnrounds were neat like you said. It’s a really good example of the phrasing being as important as the notes. I’m going to listen again, now.

Really nicely played John. Perfectly suited for this challenge. Loved the sliding 6ths.
