I’ve gotten real good at getting those picks out quickly but a simple fine mesh screen over the hole could eliminate this problem forever. Nah, it’s one of the rights of passage getting that pick out of the belly of the guitar.

Best to remove the strings and feed a cytoscope thru the hole, then use a laser guided spatula to gently remove the pick.
