I am still using the Pentatonic shapes from ML121 and am practicing my bends. All in all I think it came out pretty good.
The video is a little funky but it was fun putting it together.

Great crunchy sound Joe. Impro is coming along really well and fantastic use of trem arm. Loved the fast repeated notes also. All the best! 😎🎸😎

Thanks Garry. I’m going to try working in more hammer ons and pull offs and slides to try to make things more interesting. Thanks for listening and commenting.

Nice playing on the PRS Joe! Those bends are coming along fine with a nice touch of distorsion.

Thanks Mike. I try not to over do the distortion. I’m finding the USB interface from my amp is not very loud so I have to crank my volume up pretty loud which sometimes causes “discussions” with my wife about my hearing. 🙁

Actually, very nice Joe and I did enjoy the relaxing vibe you produced out of this 😎.
You made the comment about not overdoing distortion and I agree with that. I don’t know if you find the same thing but going to heavy with it is hard to control. Even worse, I get a ton of background feedback and noise if I fail to get it right. Anyway, your distortion was just right.
Good work on this Joe 👏 👌

Thank you Geoff. I’m really trying to use my amp and pedals rather than software to get the tone I want. Yes, I find too much distortion and it just sounds muddy.

Like you Joe, I do not like using software tools for my sound. I refuse to use that.
Hard to get distortion right. I am doing EP622 and I am still trying to figure out the distortion on that one.

I’m sure you’ll get it dialed in just fine as you always do!

Well done, Joe. Bends are coming along nicely. Your tone works well for this. I like the mellow vibe you achieved.
