Here’s mine for the month.
I’ve been working on a few things, marking the chord changes Barney Kessel style, playing a more jazzy version of the blues with added ii V substitutions and chromatics.
In the first chorus I did the 4 note line over the mixolydian, and in the second I just did it over the minor pentatonic. It was a fun one!
(Sorry for the bad quality, between the small apartment, the kid, the wife, and the heater, this was the cut with the least background noise)

That was really well played Javi and extra credit for both choosing Bb AND playing unaccompanied 🫡. You’re certainly well on your way to your goal as there was a clear jazzy feel to your submission with the chord voicings you chose. The cascading scales fitted in perfectly.
No probs on the sound quality, just turned up the volume 🙂. -

Javi, nice job with this challenge! I thought you had a little jazzy feel to your runs. It is funny how we gravitate to what we listen to. The scales are limitless. Cheers. Pap

I will second what Andy N says here – it is not easy to sound good playing electric guitars solo and you have managed that by getting a very nice warm sound out of that guitar. Can also add that I LOVE those jazzy chord progressions you played here too – sounds so nice.
As far all your ‘background noise’ issues. That would be easily solved with the help of a Focusrite interface and a computer with DAW software like Ableton. If you master some recording techniques you will sound like a pro I can promise you that 🙂

Groovy and mellow, Javi and the cascading tones have been just on the right places. Great jazzy vibe! So well played!

Great jazzy blues Javi. I especially liked that 4-note sequence over the Mixolydian scale. It gave it an unexpected quality that both fit the music and led to a nice resolution. I enjoyed it!

Very nice arrangement Javi. You were really in a jazzy rhythmic pocket on this and you fit in the 4 note pattern seamlessly.
