Hello friends.
I must have listened to the Revolver album 1000s of times since I first heard it many years ago.
Quite a clever chord progression and an awesome Bass line by McCartney in this one.
I didn’t even look at the backwards guitar part so I’m doing just the bass and acoustic this time.
I know that it’s all been said about them countless times before, but I honestly don’t think there will ever again be a band that will quite match their genius.

Almost always YouTube.
Even if I know the song I’ll watch either a cover or a lesson of the parts or whole song.
Makes it miles easier nowadays as I’m sure you’ll remember having to thumb through song books whilst repeating parts over and over on a CD or even cassette.
My Dad used to have to go to the local library and get the actual sheet music and try and match it up to the vinyl lol.

A very nice song in a pure John Lennon’s style, very well played, Liam! Very good and steady acoustic guitar rhythm strumming, very precise and with the correct and beautiful rhythm variations. A good strumming is a often underrated – but essential for a nice rendition of a song – skill. Then very nice bass parts (not an expert, but I guess they’re very tricky, like many McCartney masterful lines). Very good job!
