This is a reeeaal longshot, but Cheryl and I are going camping up at Green Mountain Bluegrass & Roots festival in Manchester Vermont this weekend. Anyone else? If so our campsite will be set up for jamming so let’s meet up.

GMBR (Green Mountain Bluegrass & Roots) festival was great. Good music, good food, fab location, well organized, exceptional live sound, nice people. We’ll be going back again next year.
Standout acts for me were Mighty Poplar & Watchhouse, those two gave me the tingles. Many other good acts as well though. I had a big disappointment when I heard that my hero Tim O’Brien had to pull out due to sickness but I rallied after moping for a while.
Didn’t get to jam in our quiet corner of the campsite but it was nice to have some time to dial-in the truss rod on my guitar and work on stuff. No pictures worth posting, Cheryl shot some vids on her phone and if she puts ’em on YouTube I’ll post a link.
