Bluesy Guitar With Piano Accompaniment – EP053

Description

This lesson is a follow-up to EP052 in which there was only a piano for a backing track. In this lesson we will take that same piano jam track and apply a blues-based lead on acoustic guitar to totally change the feel.

Very nice, Brian!! This is obviously super important to all and everyone that plans to play out as it’s nearly inevitable they will play behind keyboards at some point in time and accompanying keys is an entirely different animal. You do have nice touch on the backing track piano!!

    Dear Brian,
I can play EP 52. With EP53 I have a timing problem. Keep the silent space is difficult. Would it be possible to retake the “slow walk through” with a metronom?  Or give me the timing I can use mine metronom too.

    thank you Gerhard form Austria

Brian, my wife is at about the same level on piano as I am on the guitar, is there any way you could post or email me the piano tabs so we could both try and learn this together?
    Thanks

Was driving me mad trying to figure out for what Clapton song track the jam track/lesson is based on…finally remembered it was County Jail Blues! Thanks for your lessons Brian!
