Actually I only wanted to test if I can record my resonator directly with my amp mic.
Than i added some ambience sounds and just liked it.Close your eyes and introduce yourself sitting after a hard physical day on the bank of the Missippie river. You are tired but satisfied, have lit a corncob pipe, the sun has set and the heat of the day gives way to the cool night air. The sounds of the night have begun and in a distance you hear a guy playing the slide guitar.

Hey Blue that was pretty creative. Nice recording with some interesting effects. Reminded me of an old dusty western….maybe like The Good, Bad & The Ugly.

Nice one, Blue. You have good control over that slide. I’ve never even tried using one….yet. BTW, why don’t you post your compositions on SoundCloud? That way listeners can have a pretty picture to look at instead of a black screen. Also, it’s good to store your compositions all in one place, so people can easily access them.

BTW, when I was a kid growing up in the southern US, here’s how I was taught to spell Mississippi:
M i, crooked-letter crooked-letter i, crooked-letter crooked-letter i, humpback humpback i.
Since M is a capital letter, if you say “Big M i” then you can have 4 bars of a 3/4 song, and all you have to do is make up a melody for it.

As for mics and computer recording daw /interface etc,, again, i thought the notion.. am I ready to invest to showplay better than what is so easy I do with a mobile camera phone camera.. or should I try like a million other want to be clones?.. truth is this imho, if you can play guitar and showcase it on a mobile device..android /apple/what have you in 2019.. that’s good enough for me and or anyone contrary to production quality.. faqct of the the matter is anyone with good enough skill on guitar sees enough to know sound or video quality is not all wghat makes a quality production.. this is why I rather just use for now my smartphone .. this is only a lesson site and for showcases a mobile video audio showplay is good enough for anybody here! enjoyed!
