Hey Jeff, nice job on the Willy Nelson style….timing was right on.
Volume was pretty low, probably from the cell phone mike. That’s why I use an audio interface ( Scarlett 2i2) and record thru Garage Band. You can get some real nice audio for recordings.-
Yeah, I’m going to have to up my game when it comes to recording. I have garage band and an iRig, so I can record into garage band, but I haven’t taken the time to learn how to put everything together yet, i.e., video, backing track, and garage band. Every time I think I’ll take some time to play around and learn how I end up just playing my guitar instead 🙂

I’d love to hear you properly recorded. I use a s/h Tascam DP-008 which didn’t cost much but sounds great. It’s quite hands-on, unlike a digital program, which I find much easier to learn. You’re right though, you have to sacrifice some playing time to damn recording learning time. I’m the opposite from you, perhaps, I spend too much time worrying about the sound and not enough time one the guitar so you do have your priorities right … and it shows.
