Good one Randy. I’m working on that lesson myself, at the moment. One thing that jumped out at me is the fact that the second half of the lesson is just pure solo, as opposed to the call and response style of the first half. So what I’m doing is playing the first half, then starting a loop of the two chords to act as a backing track for the second half. It’s easy to do, and sounds great that way. Plus you can then continue on and launch into some cool improv. So if you don’t have a looper pedal, you might want to get one sometime. They’re great for just such a thing as this.

Great idea, Steve. Man I gotta get myself a looper pedal. Maybe Santa Claus will bring me one!

Played very cool, I like that way to play. Yes, I’ve noticed that you enjoy the lesson; You can expand that even further and add even more. Well done Randy.
Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Sounding great man. I loved this lesson opened up a lot of doors for me improvisationally both rhythmically and melodically. Developing a great groove on this one is really important, find that pocket and click right into the timing cause your on your own. Nicely done.
