Hello everyone. I’m an old beginner, playing for about 2.5 yrs now. Not advancing as fast as I think I should but everyone probably thinks that too. But I am having a ton of fun, wish I would’ve started way back when but I’m over that now and I’m doing my best to someday take over for Eric Clapton… well, to some day feel good about playing freely anywhere, anytime. I discovered Brian, probably like most of you, on YouTube. His videos seemed so ‘watchable’, his way of communicating is unbelievable, makes everything seem so easy to understand. I became a premium member so we’ll see where this takes me. Again, hello to everyone.

Greetings ste. Be sure to check into the forum regularly, because some interesting things happen here. I think tomorrow we’re supposed to be seeing some Monthly Lesson Challenge submittals. Or maybe it’s next weekend.

Welcome to AM Ste. None of us progress as fast as we would like. But this is a perfect environment to do it. Enjoy!

Hello Ste, welcome to active Melody. You’re going to love this site and the way Brian teaches. Can’t wait to see you when you take over for Eric Clapton. Maybe you can come see me when I take over for Keith Urban. Well, Keith Urban or Brad Paisley I’m not sure which yet. I haven’t made up my mind but they’ll know when it’s time to move on over. LOL. I’ve been here since June of 17 and the folks on this site are encouraging, helpful and run the gamut from novice to advanced so you’re going to feel at home at whatever level you are. Again, welcome
